Mother Is Heaven

Mother is HEAVEN
Subsistence pal.  True-hearted
WOMAN… Full of LIFE!

My Mom

Today is my mom’s birthday.  She was already gone but I see and talk to  her in my dreams, whenever I seek guidance or some advise. And most often her advises worked on me.
For instance, one of them, like 2 years ago, I noticed a little dark spot on my upper right cheek and it was getting darker and darker.   I applied different bleaching products that was prescribed to me by my dermatologist, but none of which ever help to fade away the dark spot.  And then one night I dreamed that I was with my mom and she told me the medication that I should used instead. Believe it or not, the result was amazing.  It worked!

It really feels good to know that she’s still around whenever I need a mother touch.  Yes, I know I am already a mother but it just feels so joyful to have my mother with me even only through my dreams.

A Blessed Birthday
You’ll always be missed and loved
I love you Mamang.

I won’t be able to be with my kids this Christmas but the memories and togetherness of making our Family Christmas Tree with them count the most.

The joy of making it and sharing thoughts on how to do it was already a Blissful Family Christmas.

Enjoy Your Sunday!

A New Chapter Begins…

I feel great to tell everyone that I am now single.

Three years after my separation (2005), I have filed a marriage annulment (2008).

At long last this year 2013, last September 30, the court has decided and ordered that my marriage was null and void.

I am so happy as ever.

Happy because a new chapter begins in my life and I can move on forward.

Some of you may wonder and would ask me, “do you have any regrets at all?  Do you feel sad?

Well, honestly I do not have any regrets at all.  I have four beautiful, loving and responsible kids.  They are now all grown-ups and as a mother I am so fulfilled that I manage to put them all to school.  A year from now my first daughter, Maria Ahtalia will soon finish her Dentistry course and become a successful Dental Surgeon or Orthodontist.  My second daughter, Greta Garda will soon graduate in IT course 5 months from now to become a successful Digital Arts Designer. My third daughter, Tajah Jireh will soon to become a famous Fashion Designer, 3 years from now.  And my son, Picardo Leo, who is now in Secondary Schoool wanted to become the most wanted Architect one day.

I sounded so positive!  But that is most of mothers wished  for their children, aren’t we all?

Sad? Yes, there is a little sadness in a way that my marriage for 12 years did not work to  last.  But ending it, is the best thing to do and very smart move and I never and I won’t ever regret it.  I have the rest of my life now to look forward to and so I must make the most of it and feel thankful to my God in every moment as possible and ask His guidance and wisdom on how I take charge of my life and make a difference.

I believe that everytihnig happens for a reason.  I have a full life and I take these life challenges in a positive outlook. I move on with my life. I keep adjusting to needs and keeping all vital areas of my life in balance. I will continue to passionately pursue my mission or goal and I will never ever quit.

Life goes on and a new chapter begins. 🙂

Last week November 30… My kids and I went to go house hunting.  And we wished to get and own a Victorian kind of house in this beautiful Village and Resort Community to live by one day 🙂

Animals Know Better

In a zoo in California , a mother tiger gave birth to a rare set of triplet tiger cubs. Unfortunately, due to complications in the pregnancy, the cubs were born prematurely and due to their tiny size, they died shortly after birth.

The mother tiger after recovering from the delivery, suddenly started to decline in health, although physically she was fine. The veterinarians felt that the loss of her litter had caused the tigress to fall into a depression. The doctors decided that if the tigress could surrogate another mother’s cub’s, perhaps she would improve.

After checking with many other zoos across the country, the depressing news was that there were no tiger cubs of the right age to introduce to the mourning mother. The veterinarians decided to try something that had never been tried in a zoo environment. Sometimes a mother of one species, will take on the care of a different species. The only ‘orphans’ that could be found quickly, were a litter of weanling pigs. The zoo keepers and vets wrapped the piglets in tiger skin and placed the babies around the mother tiger. Would they become cubs or pork chops?

Take a look…

Now, please tell me one more time…

Why can’t the rest of the world get along?

Shake, Rattle & Roll Fun Ride
Riders feel like they are flying as they whirl, twirl and spin on this twisting, rotating fun ride.  It was fun all right, but it’s not my favorite. It was my first and last, hahaha. Anyways just look at these split-second shots and enjoy the ride.
This was such a terrible ride.  I had mixed emotion with it.  I had fun and adventure but definitely I won’t do it again.

Chuppy, The Most Photogenic Dog

The 18-year-old photographer Jessica Trinh

shared her dog Chuppy’s photos with us. This lovely golden retriever is so adorable. In addition to great photography, I believe it is because of the harmonious relationship between Jessica and Chuppy, otherwise it is very difficult to shoot such a fond and dynamic photo.

Music Passion Update: Spring Has Come Apace And It’s Here… It Promises New Growth… Believe In It, Because You Can Never Hold It Back!

Our Music Passion for the month of March is the word “Spring”
And my offer to you is:

You Can Never Hold Back Spring by Tom Waits

And here are the entries…  Click each of my contributors’ (“says”) and enjoy listening to their Spring Music Passion 🙂

Spring is Here – Yeah…!

a Sisbro Studio Production

I’ve chosen to celebrate with a rumbustious late medieval – early renaissance song, “Ecco la Primavera” (Spring has come apace) by the Italian composer Francesco Landini,
performed here by the hungarian multi-instrumentalist Arany Zoltán.

Spring Has Come Apace

Spring is coming and it promises new growth among established glories blooming once more. As this month’s entry on Music Passion must include spring in either the title or lyric, I chose “Wild Is The Wind” because it serves a double purpose. The song is a soundtrack made for a life-long, passionate love affair. and serves the purpose of this posts main content quite admirably. Last month David bowie released a video (see below) from his first album in 10 years. This month the entire thing is available on Itunes and is due out in stores shortly. But that’s not all. Also opening in London on March 23rd at the Victoria and Albert Museum is the the first international retrospective of the extraordinary career of David Bowie.

Wild Is The Wind

This month the theme is spring – regardless of the fact that the lot of us in the southern hemisphere are moving in to autumn and winter ;-)

So, here’s my contribution to this month’s theme – hope you enjoy!

You Must Believe In Spring

How About “Spring” For The Music Passion March Edition…

Brooklyn New York, Spring 1997

  • I asked V what would be the Music Passion for March and he answered, “How about “Spring”, since spring is about to come soon?”

So guys our Music Passion for the month of March is the word “Spring”.

And my offer to you is:

You Can Never Hold Back Spring by Tom Waits

I just found this song actually by looking for songs about ‘Spring” and wow his voice just entered in my nerves and even tickled my bones, it’s really hard to describe… Too beautiful to put into words.  Anyways it really is a good song.  There is magic and beauty in it. Enjoy! 🙂

The PICTURE CRAZE is Walt Disney

And here is my entry:

A new movie in the making by Walt Disney Pictures

Starring not Mickey Mouse but no other than a new comer…

The Guilty Mouse

The Guilty Mouse2

One day the nurses near my flat were screaming because of mice.  They tried to let these mice out of their flat.  That night when I went to bed, I saw a little creature roaming around in my bedroom and in my surprise it was a little mouse.  So I left my bedroom door opened wide, until I saw this little creature ran outside but went straight to my kitchen.  From then on I knew I had a company and it stayed there in my kitchen.  But I never caught this little mouse in action ever after that.  Although I was so sure this mouse was enjoying it’s freedom in my kitchen, because I could hear the nibblling every now and then.  I always made sure though that I closed my kitchen door so that it just stayed there to eat whatever left over food I had in my trash.

I left this mouse alone with its business and vise versa this mouse never also scared me off.  Luckily when I would go to my kitchen to prepare my food, this mouse really behaved itself…  But I couldn’t help to think that one day it would appear to me like this one:

Yay! Scary really that I wanted to get rid of it one day and so I thought.

After like 4 months I had to go for my regular holiday and so I knew this little mouse was no longer a little creature like the first time I saw it roaming around my bedroom, looking so cute, lost and scared like this:

cute mouse

Anyways I cleaned my house, my kitchen and all the trash were out and I left for my 3 weeks holiday.

After a week my friend who I let to stay in my flat for 2 days called me and said that she saw a big mouse in my kitchen as big as a little kitten and it ruined all that were easy to reach.

Sure enough that little mouse became BIG now and its’ so mad!   Why, of course there were no food to find in there!

My friend left my flat and told me that she made sure the kitchen door was closed.

I arrived in my flat and I took these 2 shots. The above picture was truly a survival instinct.  It managed to find something to eat, like salt, coffee cream and hershey chocolate powder…  Poor mouse 😦

But I was not happy with what it did to my oven? Whew!  That mouse was really so angry, hush!

I was just thinking what if I caught that mouse by the act, maybe it would look like this one.

The Guilty Mouse

But no.  I just put that mouse in the picture by Photoshop.  Great pic, eh?  🙂

The Guilty Mouse

And so anyways, knowing it did not eat any real food for 3 weeks …  Guess what?  Of course I fed it so well 🙂

The mouse never showed up since then but my kitchen smelled bad for about a week.
I looked on its corpse… yay! I mean I looked for a dead mouse. But I never found it.

And this is my entry for this week The Picture Craze.

Okay guys, enjoy, be creative or get crazy with your picture and have fun!

Padlocks Of Love

A Love That Won’t Die

The bridge and the Arts

Padlocks of love

According to Wikipedia:

Parapets screened the Pont des Arts is now support for multiple padlocks hung by couples: these are locks of love . These locks typically include entries in the marker (even inscriptions) mentioning the names or initials of two lovers, the date on which the lock was hooked, and possibly a short message.

This practice has appeared on the Pont des Arts in 2008 5 , and has since expanded to the Passerelle Leopold-Sedar-Senghor and the Pont of the Archdiocese . The origin of this practice is rather vague: it appeared in Eastern Europe in the 1980s and 1990s, then spread to Western Europe in the 2000s.

Locks the Pont des Arts are regularly unexplained disappearances akin to vandalism. Between 10 and 12 May 2010, almost all padlocks have been removed during the night without the public authorities are responsible for this suppression. While…
