You know the feeling when your plane finally landed and you felt the wheels touched the ground? Oh, you would say, “Thank God, I’m here!” And how you would like to clap your hands to express how wonderful was your flight. Have you ever felt that way? Well, with me… Almost all the time… 🙂
This is one of the images that are posted on the walls at the baggage claim area (Aeoroport charles degaulle)
So last 3 days ago V picked me up in the airport and before we headed to our hotel, we decided to have our lunch first. We passed this Chinese Restaurant where we dined sometime last year, so that I asked him if we would be having some chinese food for lunch. But V suggested that we should go to an Italian Restautant this time, to where we haven’t had gone before, and it was like two blocks away from the Chinese Restaurant.
I really enjoyed my food plus the wine of course…
Then smoke all over… We could smell the fire…
And you know where was the fire?
Oh you wouldn’t believe it, but The Chinese Restaurant was on fire. So I took my camera right away and started shooting… The Firemen came to the rescue at once!
I gathered that the fire started in the kitchen.
Well, I did not catch the fire because it was put out so quickly by the firefighters and here are some of the photos I shot:
Anyways that night V and I were also on Fire in our Hotel
And here we were the following day in front of our apartment getting ready for our trip to Center France…

When I met you I tasted life
Like a bud, I blossom, I breathe
Never again would I strife
For your love and care are so deep
Smiling thoughts of you conquered me
In the morn when I make my coffee,
When I eat, or laugh you’re with me,
And everywhere it’s you I see,
Along the road, those lovely trees,
At my work with my Apple breeze,
These words I’m writing now, I grace
Because you put smile on my face
You’re the best part of my everyday
And at night when I lay down to sleep
Still there you are all over me
Smiling thoughts of you lingers great!
V and I met in IMVU, January, 2010. Our avatars just clicked together, hehehe. After 6 months dating on the web, we decided to meet in person.
He introduced me to his family and friends. Our True Romance started here in the Land Of Love- Paris. I visited him 3x in this year. 21 days in July. A week in September. And another week in November.
In this year I visited him 2x. A week in July and then another week before Christmas. But take note that we are always online everyday in Skype, since our Romance started in 2010 and up to now. That’s how we take care of our Long Distance Relationship. He’s now sleeping and snoring as I write this post. hehehe 🙂
Again 2x in this year. 21 days in my July vacation and then again last week of December to New Year’s Eve.
I spent my summer with him in August for a week and then another week by November.
And here I am getting ready to spend 10 exciting days with my love. Wow! After like 8 months… ! So you wouldn’t imagine how excited we are to be together again in flesh, hehehe. I will be flying this Thursday (tomorrow to be exact, July 24) to Paris. Then from Paris, we’ll fly to Barcelona. This is my first time to visit Spain. I will finally see the country where my ancestors came from. Yiheyyy! 🙂
And on December, it’s V’s turn to pay me a visit and meet my family too… 🙂

Falling in love and having a relationship are two different things.

“Well, it seems to me that the best relationships – the ones that last -are frequently the ones that are rooted in friendship.
You know, one day you look at the person and you see something more than you did the night before.
Like a switch has been flicked somewhere. And the person who was just a friend is…
suddenly the only person you can ever imagine yourself with.”
“It’s no good pretending that any relationship has a future if your record collections disagree violently
or if your favorite films wouldn’t even speak to each other if they met at a party.”

It’s EED here. The Holy month. I prefer to spell it “EED” rather than “EID” as it commonly spelled. Because when you reverse it, it would read like Die.
During this month we usually work in the night and it gives me some time to take some selfie pics of me and at the same time do some retouch using photoshop… hahaha
I find it very fun in doing so. Any comment? Yay! 😆
I love you guys!

The 18-year-old photographer Jessica Trinh
shared her dog Chuppy’s photos with us. This lovely golden retriever is so adorable. In addition to great photography, I believe it is because of the harmonious relationship between Jessica and Chuppy, otherwise it is very difficult to shoot such a fond and dynamic photo.
Chuppy is really adorable and photogenic!

A rare sight!!
Yosemite National Park, California , USA
This park was published as a national park in 1890. It is world famous for its rugged terrain, waterfalls and century-old pine trees (Sequoia). It covers 1200 sq km and the “fire” waterfall of El Capitan is one of the most spectacular of all the scenery.
The spectacular view of the waterfall is created by the reflection of sunlight hitting the falling water at a specific angle. This rare sight can only be seen at a 2-week period towards the end of February. To photograph this rare event, photographers would often have to wait and endure years of patience in order to capture them. The reason is because it’s appearance depends on a few natural phenomenon’s occurring at the same time, and just plain luck.
1st, is the formation of the waterfall. The water is formed by the melting of snow and ice at the top of the mountain. It melts between the month of December and January and by the end of February there might not be much snow left to melt.
2nd, is the specific angle of the sun’s rays hitting the falling water. The sun’s position must be exactly at a particular spot in the sky. This occurs only in the month of February and at the short hours of dusk. If it is a day full of clouds or something blocking the sun, you can only take pictures of a darkened waterfall. It coincides with the fact that the weather in the National Park at that time of the year is often volatile and unpredictable. It compounds to the difficulty of getting these pictures. Usually permission has to be allowed to enter the park that time of year, as dangerous road conditions could be hazardous to travel.
Someone did and we all get to see it.
WOW! I can only imagine seeing it in real life !
🙂
