Seriously, I have flown twice in my life. Both times from the California Bay Area to Scottsdale AZ. 1hr 45 mins of Hillbilly Hell.
That must be an accomplishment Hillbilly hell for you…hahaha … Well, I will hand you a beer for that 🙂
Actually, the second flight was a disaster. The plane was over booked, and late. The Airlines comped the bar bill for everyone, and served free drinks the entire time. We did not even have to wear seat belts at any time. I think the pilots even had a couple of pops:)
Whoaaaa! What an adventure kind of disaster flight you have experienced! But at least the free drinks did the trick …. hahaha:)
My biggest issue with flying is the feeling of “no” control. Ya just sit there and let people you don’t know fly you. I know it is the safest form of travel, but I want to be setting in the front seats with the pilots. I guess I will have a better view of the crash site.
I understand about the “No Control” thing during the flight… I believe you just got to give your trust…. But seriously, I hope the plane landed safely in the ground during those 2 flights experienced in your life 🙂
They did. The best thing was the time savings. 1hr 45 min compared to 11 hrs of driving. Figure in meal stops, and gas, it was much cheaper to fly at the time.
It really is time saving… But I guess flying 16 hours would not make you that happy… like the distance between US to Philippines… hahahha… so wait for the video.. to have a little peek of Manila or would you like to check these photos from Hundred Islands, Philippines
